For years, I lived a life that looked good on paper - a devoted mother, wife, and administrative assistant - but deep down, I knew something was missing. There was always an underlying ache for something more.
Eventually the life I was living no longer fit the truth of who I was meant to become. That’s when I began the journey back to myself.
The path opened unexpectedly, through an awakening that invited me to see beyond what I’d always believed to be true. Spiritual sensitivities I had shut down in childhood, out of fear, began to return, stronger and clearer than ever.
I threw myself into healing. I became a sponge, absorbing every spiritual modality I could get my hands on. I meditated. I ascended, purged, and released - experiencing what felt like countless deaths and rebirths.
And yet, no matter how much I transformed, and how many healing certifications I collected - something still felt stuck. There were patterns I couldn’t shift - blockages I couldn’t explain.
That’s when I realized: the roots of my pain didn’t start here. They began long ago, woven deep into my soul’s journey. And that realization led me to Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy - a practice that ultimately changed my life.
My training in Past Life Regression was passed down through two gifted teachers, Mayra Rath and Scott Fitzgerald De Tamble, who were themselves trained by the founders of modern regression therapy - Dolores Cannon, Dr. Brian Weiss, Michael Newton, Dick Sutphen, and Marisa Peer. Their lineage, devotion, and intuitive approach shaped the way I now hold space for soul-level transformation.
Today, I specialize in guiding others through their own soul journeys - whether they’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply a deeper connection to who they truly are. My sessions blend intuitive presence with structured healing, holding sacred space for clients to explore their inner landscapes, remember past lives, release energetic imprints, and reclaim their soul’s wisdom.

I’ve never tried past life regression hypnotherapy before, but what an eye-opening experience. I learned I am a starseed, confirmed many knowings including that I’m an old soul, and that my abandonment wound went back to my very first life. I also got to speak to my grandfather again and spiritual hugs from my relatives on the other side. I have a good feeling that this session is going to help me heal these wounds and let more love in! This was an amazing experience. I came into this not knowing what to expect as I've never done hypnosis before. I learned that I was a witch and was shunned from my town I lived in. That lifetime has caused me to have the fear of being seen and not trusting others. Many years ago in a meditation, I saw myself living alone and knew that I was a witch, but didn't understand how or why I saw this. By doing this session, it clarified what I saw in that meditation, and I now trust what I saw to be true. I also was able to meet another guide and have a name for him and know that I can ask for his guidance and help whenever I need it. This has helped me so much and now I can work on healing that wound that was caused a lifetime long ago.

I would highly recommend, Mel Lynn! I had my first past life regression with her 2 weeks ago and I am still processing everything I learned!!! Mel did an excellent job guiding me through my past life to relieve current issues within.
